How to Create Sub a Reseller

What is a Subreseller?​

A subreseller is an individual or entity that buys services or products from a reseller and then sells them to their own customers. They operate under the reseller's account but manage their own client base.

Step 1: Navigate to the Users Section​

While on the main screen of your panel, click on the "Users" section and then select "Add User"

Step 2: Fill in User Details​

On the screen, you'll see:

  • Username: Enter a username for the user (avoid special characters).
  • Password: Set a password for the user (avoid special characters).
  • Email Address: Type the user email address.
  • Custom DNS: If the reseller prefers to use a different DNS instead of yours, enter their DNS address here (ensure an A record is created pointing to your main IP for the custom DNS to work, you can ask your provider for Main Server IP).
  • Notes: Add any notes visible only to you.

After filling in the details, go to the "Review Purchase" section to create the user.

To give your sub-reseller access to the panel, just provide them with your login link, along with the username and password you created.
