28 - Common Issues & Fixes

EPG Not Showing or Not Working:

  • Make sure the EPG link is correctly added to the panel and verify that the EPG link is working.

Stream Provider is Down:

  • Ensure that your provider’s link is working and properly added.

Title-Sync Not Working:

  • Check if the provider’s stream is active and ensure that Title-Sync is correctly applied to the channel.

Channels Keep Restarting or Not Working:

  • Verify that the provider’s link is functional.
  • Download the link directly to your device and check if the channels work with any player.
  • If the channels work on the device but not on the panel, consider moving the channels to a different server.
  • Make sure your server's IP addresses are not banned from your provider side.
  • Ensure you haven't exceeded the limit of connections allowed by your provider.

Folder Watch Not Adding Movies or TV Shows:

  • Double-check your Folder Watch settings. (use recommended settings)
  • If the movies or TV shows are directly on your server, ensure their names are correct and don’t contain too many special characters.

On-Demand Channels Not Working:

  • Use the Mass Edit tool to select all On-Demand channels, then set the ProbeSize to 512000 and save the changes. Try again afterward.

Lines Not Working:

  • Check the customer’s line and make sure it hasn't expired.
  • In the Access Control section, check the Blocked IPs list to ensure the customer's IP is not banned.
  • If the issue persists, regenerate the cache in the Cache section.
