21 - How to Create a Reseller

What is a Reseller?​

A Reseller is a business partner who purchases IPTV services in bulk and sells them to end users. Resellers act as intermediaries between the service provider and customers, managing their own client base and pricing structure. They have access to specialized tools and features for managing subscriptions, creating packages, and providing customer support. Resellers help expand the service's reach while maintaining their own branded presence in the market.

Step 1: Navigate to the Users Section​

While on the main screen of your panel, click on the "Users" section and then select "Add User"

Step 2: Fill in User Details​

  • Username: Enter a username for the user (avoid special characters).
  • Password: Set a password for the user (avoid special characters).
  • Email Address: Type the user email address.
  • Member Group: Select the group for the reseller you want to create (e.g., Admin, Reseller, Sub-reseller, etc.).
  • Owner: Choose the user under whom the reseller will be created as a reseller.
  • Credits: Enter the number of credits to assign to the reseller upon creation.
  • Reseller DNS: If the reseller prefers to use a different DNS instead of yours, enter their DNS address here (ensure an A record is created pointing to your main IP for the custom DNS to work, you can ask your provider for Main Server IP).
  • Notes: Add any notes visible only to you.

After filling in the details, Click "Add User" to create the Reseller.

To give your reseller access to the panel, share the access code you previously created in the Access Codes section for resellers to log in. (For Example: https://www.yourdns.com/reseller)
