20 - How to Extend a Line

What is a User Line?​

A user line is a unique credential that allows a user to access your IPTV service. It specifies permissions, content access, connection limits, and subscription duration.

Step 1: Navigate to the Lines Section​

While on the main screen of your panel, click on the "Lines" section and then select "Manage Lines" from the displayed options. You can use the same method for MAG as well.

Step 2: Extend a Line​

Next, find the customer's line you created earlier and click on "Extend Line" as shown on the screen.

After clicking the "Extend Line" button, press "Add Package" below, then select the package that matches the customer's request from the options provided by your provider. After selecting the package, you can view general information below, such as the amount of credit that will be used.

After completing this process, as usual, go to the "Review Purchase" section and save it.
